The alterations include, besides the reorganization of spatial distribution on the different floors, building a new structure to unburden the existing highly deteriorated and obsolete elements of support.
The building is prepared for flexible use, either as offices or business premises, allowing it, alternatively and without distinction, to be occupied by one or various users, and maintaining in any case the functional independence of the commercial premises.
The correction of existing functional and technical deficiencies permits the building to be provided with the standards of quality, comfort, security and hygiene that are required by the present day development of tertiary activities, and gives it a new lease of life.
