The proposed design is a closed block building with a central courtyard and attic with setback, with a total of 128 apartments of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, divided into 4 portals. All of them have large terraces, which are organised in pairs and are arranged on the different floors, adding dynamism to the volume.
The retail-dedicated ground floor is open to the exterior space, and benefits from its privileged location.
