Architectural proposal for a residential building with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom dwellings in Segovia in a perimeter block typology.

The proposal seeks to generate a permeability towards the interior spaces in such a way that they acquire better habitability conditions.

The development is organised in four separate buildings that respond to the different heights allowed by regulations, but establishing a volumetric and aesthetic unity between them.

The dwellings are arranged in trays, with the living spaces facing outwards, leaving the bedrooms towards the interior of the plot, with fewer sources of noise.
