The implementation of a new business park, on a site where the only references are the outstanding infrastructures that connect it, can only have as a result the functional optimization of architecture due to the absence of conditionings; and at the same time, the humanization of the place where the new habitat is to be built.
The buildings are configured and positioned in relation to their efficiency as regards function and energy, while at the same time, they generate within their volumetric relationships welcoming and sheltered outdoor spaces that are pleasant to be in and encourage enjoyment during leisure time.
The spatial proposal is completed with xerogardening in the expanses left for green zones.
