This study was made for a technology park in Guadalajara near the Corredor de Henares sector. On an area of nearly a hundred hectares the intention was to take advantage of the excellent visibility, direct access from the A2 highway, excellent communications and the proximity of extensive residential zones and population centres, to create a multifunction technology park that would unite industries and offices of a high technological level but with low environmental impact; low and medium density housing; specific leisure services and a hotel. Through the use of greenery and various water features a great lineal park was created along the River Henares.
