The project aims to host a space of co-living in which people can rent studios, one or two bedrooms dwellings, with areas varying between 40 and 75 m², including a wide range of common areas as well.

This model of rental housing gives response to a change in the market, in which undifferentiated housing, where the tenant adapts, has been left behind and moves towards specific typologies, in which multiple factors are contemplated to meet more specific demands. The user of these spaces is looking for a collaborative, highly digitalized and dynamic environment. In order to respond to these needs, it is necessary, therefore, a change in the management of the property, with more personalised, professionalised services, accessible 24 hours a day.

The massing fills the plot on ground and first floors, which are are destined to the co-working spaces and the common areas of the flats. On the upper floors, the rear part of the plot is left free to substantially improve the quality of the dwellings. The penthouse accommodates residential use and is set back from the façade.

The vertical circulations are resolved by two cores for residential use and another additional one for the co-working areas on ground and first floors. Two lightwells, sized following the regulation's requirements, are interspersed with the cores. Very deep dwellings are avoided, resulting in rational and easily distributed units. The ground floor can be used as a single space, giving versatility for tertiary use.
