Arcano Partners asked RWA for a proposal of intervention in a building located in the Business Park of Las Rozas, Madrid, with the purpose of rehabilitating it for the use of tertiary services, offices for rent, adapting it spatially, technically and functionally for a single user or dividing it into two buildings to be occupied by one user each.

The readaptation implies the renovation and updating of the building in terms of compliance with current technical and urban planning standards, the flexibility to allocate it to offices with traditional or collaborative spatial distributions, the incorporation of current technical standards and new technologies, the promotion of energy saving and efficiency principles and sustainability criteria for possible LEED Gold or BREEAM certification.
