The proposed design seeks the efficient occupation of both plots, generating a dynamic volume that responds to the immediate environment, adapting to the terrain and the existing large slopes, while favoring the generation of views towards the sea from the houses.

The urban approach is based on both plots, generating spaces for public use shared by both, and placing the buildings in such a way that their urban scale is reduced.
