Extension of a building carried out in the courtyard as a continuation of the main building, with two floors fitted into the corner of the site's party walls.
The undertaking foresaw the possibility of flexible use within the building, permitting a versatile spatial distribution. The treatment of the facades was intended both to increase the building's legibility boosting its comprehension as a container able to house tertiary activities and services as well as commercial premises and to facilitate the location of client access. It also conferred on the courtyard facades a finishing and new coverings of a higher quality than those initially existing.
The intention of the solutions chosen indoors was to help bring relevance to the building's main access space giving it a great formal quality; to enrich interior space with clear heights well above 3.60m; and to provide all indoor areas with natural light and ventilation.
