The implementation of a new business area, in a place whose only references are the outstanding infrastructures that connect it, requires the functional optimisation of the architecture, due to the absence of conditioning factors, and at the same time, the humanisation of the place where the new habitat is built.

The design approach of the City Metropolitana generates a large landscaped central space.

The plots under study have the main conditioning factor of the road that crosses them, generating an important opportunity to create an emblematic building that overcomes the existing problems while maintaining its functionality and being an attractive solution.

The buildings are configured and orientated in relation to their functional and energy efficiency, while at the same time generating, with their volumetric relations, enveloping and protected exterior spaces that are habitable and invite people to enjoy them during hours of rest and relaxation.
