The project aims to house a co-living space, combining residential spaces and student accommodation, given the close proximity to the university, in which studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments can be rented, with areas ranging from 40 to 92 m², as well as a wide variety of common use spaces.

This rental housing model corresponds to a change in the market, which has left behind the undifferentiated housing in which the tenant adapts, and is moving towards precise typologies in which multiple factors are contemplated to meet more specific demands. The user of these spaces is looking for a collaborative, highly digitalised and dynamic environment. In order to respond to these needs, a change in the management of the property is therefore necessary, with more personalised, professionalised and accessible 24 hours a day services. 

The volume has auxiliary bodies on the ground and first floors, which are intended for co-working spaces and common areas of the residence. The residential areas are located on the upper floors. An intermediate element of common areas divides the lower body, focused on students, and the upper part, focused on housing.
