Restoration of an industrial complex dedicated to the redistribution of goods. By means of interior and exterior actions the cold industrial character and the heavy vehicle scale were eliminated, making the conditions of habitation more user friendly. The buildings are integrated in garden areas, which the offices overlook; they are scaled to human activity, and care is taken to ensure the outer aspect of the complex benefits and improves the suburban landscape. The areas dedicated to logistics and the open yard between the buildings for loading and unloading comply with the scale of industrial machinery and vehicles, but without losing their constructive articulation with more human areas.
