The complex included buildings dedicated to storage, logistics and redistribution of goods, with elevated roads for international transport to access the two levels of each structure, and bodies of offices related to the same activities.

The construction of all the structural elements, facades and roofs was carried out with prefabricated concrete elements, combining diverse textures that, together with a colour system, facilitate the legibility of the entryways and access to each module.
