This office was implemented in Madrid for the Hines group in a historic building. The scarcity and the module of the façade openings, typical of an old building with a load bearing façade, conditioned the intervention; to compensate for the lack of natural light and views, the visual connection of the work areas with the exterior was accentuated. Both the wood flooring and the original moulding were rescued and three colours - corporate red, white and the metallic shine of the stainless steel elements - were used recurrently to transmit the group's active and modern image.
