Located in the Pegaso industrial estate, commercially known as ‘Pegaso City’, in the district of Rejas, in the district of San Blas Canillejas in Madrid, it has fast connections both to the city centre via Avenida de América and to the airport and all national roads via the M 40.

The proposed design aims for an efficient occupation of the plot, generating a dynamic volume that responds to the immediate surroundings, while favouring the generation of practicable exterior spaces.
