The proposed design seeks the efficient occupation of both plots, creating a volume with variable proportion scales, responding to the immediate surroundings with blocks topped with taller bodies that generate urban landmarks, both towards the adjacent parks and the railroad tracks bordering the west of the plot, while reducing the built height in the pedestrian walkway between the two plots.
The entire proposal is for two-bedroom dwellings.
