The development is located in an area of eminently residential tourist use, with several golf courses, both in the area and in neighboring areas.

The proposed design aims at the efficient occupation of the plot, generating dynamic volumes that respond to the immediate environment, adapting to the terrain and the large existing slopes, while favoring the generation of views towards the sea from the houses.

On the other hand, the proposal responds to the normative criteria of the area, generating an implantation of human scale, with pedestrian interiors and the appearance of a white Mediterranean village. 

The large existing slopes are used to generate terraced areas, which reduce the scale of the landscaped spaces, while favoring the creation of intermediate, semi-underground built elements, which house common services of the development such as meeting rooms, gyms, multipurpose spaces, etc., ideal for senior 55+ residential use.
